Delivery

Luminest SA delivers nationwide throughout South Africa.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Major cities: approximately 5–10 business days
  • Regional and remote areas: approximately 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier capacity, public holidays, peak periods and unforeseen courier delays.

Courier Partner

Orders may be shipped using Aramex South Africa or another suitable courier service selected by Luminest SA or our fulfilment partners.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email or SMS where tracking information is available.

Please use the tracking information provided to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Please carefully check your delivery details before completing your order.

Luminest SA cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional delivery charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete delivery address supplied by the customer.

If you notice an error in your delivery address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Delivery Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout unless a free-shipping promotion applies.

Where applicable, the shipping charge displayed at checkout will form part of your order total.

Courier Delays

While we work with our delivery partners to ensure orders arrive within the estimated delivery period, Luminest SA cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.

Delays may occur because of:

  • Courier capacity;
  • Weather conditions;
  • Public holidays;
  • Peak shopping periods;
  • Remote delivery locations;
  • Incorrect address information; or
  • Other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
