🚚 SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How long does delivery take? We deliver across South Africa. Estimated delivery times:
- Gauteng: 7-10 business days
- Major cities (Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth, Bloemfontein): 7-12 business days
- Remote areas: 7-14 business days
How much does shipping cost? We offer FREE delivery nationwide across South Africa on all orders — no minimum spend required.
Do you ship outside South Africa? Currently we only ship within South Africa.
How do I track my order? Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use it to track your delivery online.
💳 PAYMENTS
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Yoco payments. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
Is it safe to pay on your website? Yes — Luminest SA uses SSL encryption and secure payment processing. Your card details are never stored on our site.
Do you offer buy now pay later? Not currently, but we are working on adding more payment options soon.
📦 ORDERS & RETURNS
Can I cancel or change my order? Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at info@luminestsa.co.za and we will do our best to assist.
What is your return policy? We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused and in original packaging. Please contact us first before returning any item.
What if my item arrives damaged? Please take photos immediately and contact us at info@luminestsa.co.za within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
How long do refunds take? Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days once we receive and inspect the returned item.

Are your products genuine? Yes — all Luminest SA products are carefully made and quality-checked before advertised in our store.
Do your beauty devices come with instructions? Yes — all devices include a user manual. Additional how-to guides are available on our product pages.
