Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable Items

• Personal care and beauty products that have been opened or used.
• Items damaged through misuse.
• Clearance or sale items unless faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and your order number.

Refunds
Once your returned item has been inspected and approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping
If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the product is faulty or incorrect, Luminest SA will cover the return shipping costs.
