These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy, govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from Luminest SA.

By accessing our website, browsing our store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the policies referenced above.

If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our website or purchase products from Luminest SA.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will arrange an appropriate refund in accordance with applicable law.

SECTION 4 — PRICES AND PAYMENT

All product prices displayed on our website are in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change from time to time. The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed when you complete your purchase, subject to correction of obvious errors and applicable law.

Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed at checkout or communicated before completion of the order.

We currently offer payment methods made available through our online checkout, which may include payment processing through third-party payment providers.

We do not store your full payment-card details where payment processing is handled by a third-party payment provider.

You agree that the payment information you provide must be accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Luminest SA delivers nationwide throughout South Africa.

Processing time

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Estimated delivery times

Major cities: approximately 7-10 business days

Regional and remote areas: approximately 7–14 business days

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, peak periods, weather, incorrect addresses or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Orders are shipped using our nominated courier service or another suitable delivery provider.

Where applicable, tracking information will be provided after dispatch.

Incorrect delivery information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, additional delivery charges or delays may occur.

Luminest SA will reasonably assist in resolving delivery issues, but any additional costs arising from an incorrect address may be payable by the customer where permitted by law.

SECTION 6 — RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CONSUMER RIGHTS

Returns, refunds, exchanges and defective-product claims are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable South African consumer-protection legislation.

Nothing in our Returns & Refunds Policy or these Terms and Conditions is intended to remove or restrict a consumer's rights under applicable law.

Certain electronic transactions may be subject to a statutory cooling-off period under the ECTA, including a seven-day period for qualifying transactions, subject to the exceptions provided by law.

SECTION 7 — DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

Please inspect your order when you receive it.

If your product is damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide:

Shopify provides the underlying ecommerce platform but is not the seller of products purchased from Luminest SA.
